Phases Of Becoming A Respective AMBR National Record Holder

PHASE A: AWARD APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Applicants need to fill out an online form and send a proposal for the record they want to register as an AMBR achievement. https://forms.gle/kTN4Au5rsA3S4tQD6
2. Applicants can also send proposals for recognition applications via AMBR’s official email via ambrbookofrecords@gmail.com stating:
i. Record title, record information, location, time, measure of achievement and any confirmation from any recognized body (if any).
i. The applicant’s complete personal information ie full name/organization name, address, applicant’s mykad, no. telephone.
iii. Attachment of any recognition letter, certificate or notification letter (if any).

PHASE B: APPROVAL OF AWARD APPLICATIONS

1. AMBR will examine each application and will give the status ACCEPTED / REJECTED / NEEDS TO BE FIXED within 14 days from the date of receipt of the submitted proposal.
2. AMBR will send an official letter of acceptance of the proposed proposal if it meets the award. Whereas if the proposal fails or needs to be repaired, you will be notified via your email.
3. AMBR will also send an INVOICE of the total payment for each application received. Payment must be completed within 14 days from the printed invoice date.

PHASE C: AWARDING AWARDS

1. AMBR will deliver a high quality PRINTED CERTIFICATE along with the frame. Successful applicants can choose any method of receiving this prestigious certificate.
i. Official presentation in any event organized by the applicant. (official attendance & travel charges apply)

i. By registered post. (package & postage charges apply)
OR
iii. Applicants pick it up from the organizers.(no fee for self-pickup)

PHASE D: CONTRIBUTION / PAYMENT:
PHASE E: : RECOGNITION OF NATIONAL RECORDS (AMBR)

1. AMBR has the right to recognize or reject any application at the discretion of AMBR’s management after examining and reviewing any records to be achieved.
2. AMBR always supports and gives solid ideas to produce qualified & potential Malaysians; highlighting the privilege they have and being recognized as AMBR’s national record holder LEGALLY!

Definitely No! AMBR is a National Record Book (Malaysian Brand) unlike World Book of records which are Global brands. This opportunity is given to Malaysians only who reside in Malaysia or abroad to boost the good name of the beloved country of Malaysia on the national and international stage!

  • Measurable – Can it be measured objectively? What is the unit of measurement? We do not accept applications based on subjective variables. For example - beauty, kindness, humbleness, loyalty.
  • Breakable – Can the record be broken? Our record titles should be open to being challenged.
  • Standardisable - Can the record be repeated by someone else? Is it possible to create a set of parameters and conditions that all challengers can follow? Yes!
  • Based on one variable - Is the record based on one superlative and measured in one unit of measurement? Yes of course!
  • Have anyone does it before or you're the first ever?
  • The best of the best  - Has anyone else done better? If your record suggestion is new then AMBR Records will set a challenging minimum requirement for you to beat.

For example we do not endorse:

Unsuitable activities or those which could cause potential harm or danger to spectators.
Any records that endanger or harm animals.
Any records against religious and social beliefs.
Any records against environmental conservation, preservation and protection.
Excessive eating. All of our eating records are limited to short time periods and small quantities of food.
Food wastage. We require any record relating to food to follow strict policies regarding food consumption.
Any record involving the consumption of alcohol as part of drinking contests, binge drinking or speed drinking.
Illegal activities in pursuit of record breaking.
People under the age of 16 to attempt or hold records which are considered unsuitable for minors.
